Return policy
At UNCOMMON, our mission is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy, we're here to assist you.
You can return your item(s) within 14 days from the date you received them for a full refund. Please ensure that the items are in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To return an item(s), simply send it to our address along with a brief explanation that includes:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Which item(s), size(s), and color(s) you are returning
- The reason for the return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges unless the items are faulty or were incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges are not available. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

- Socks and Beanie: €4.58
Shipping Costs Outside the Netherlands:
- Flat rate: €12.00
Free Shipping:
- Free shipping for orders over €50 within the Netherlands.
- Free shipping for orders over €100 to other countries.
Just a heads up: if you're ordering from outside Europe, you'll be responsible for any import tax charges.
